How we work

Enquiry Stage

Lets talk

Give us a call. We’ll have a quick chat about your business, your requirements and what you need your website to do.At this stage, we may be able to give you a rough idea of likely costs and timescales for the project.Talking is free so there’s no obligation and we’re happy to give you any help and advice you may need.

Meeting (and coffee)

We like to meet people over a coffee so a face-to-face meeting is as important to us as it is for a successful website project.

At a consultation,  your place of business or suitable venue, we can get to know each other and talk about your company and the requirements for your website in more detail. Knowing you and your business is vital if your website is to succeed.

We get some ideas together

Proposal

We’ll then send you a full and detailed proposal. The information we gain from the meeting forms the basis of the proposal which will contain tangible objectives, your requirements, what we will do to address them, timescales, all costs and information that we will need from you. Once you have accepted the proposal the website project can begin!

A demo is next …

No two website projects are the same; each one is judged on its individual requirements and designed and developed accordingly. We do not use templates. Your site will be designed from scratch to achieve the objectives set out in the proposal. Once we’ve designed it, we’ll send you a link you can see how it will look on desktop computers, tablets and smartphones.
